Ancilla College is striving to provide the best nursing programs for those interested to become a registered nurse in two years or less. The college is currently offering an Associate Degree in Nursing program available to those who do not hold a nursing license as well as to Licensed Practical Nurses. The LPN to RN bridge program requires less than two years to complete. Those who are just entering the nursing field will study for approximately 24 months in order to graduate. Clinical settings include hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and health clinics in neighboring areas such as Plymouth, Rochester, Winamac, Knox, South Bend, and LaPorte. The nursing program will accept those who are best qualified in terms of pre-admission tests, completion of specific coursework prior to enrollment into the nursing program, and overall grade point average. The nursing program accepts forty students every fall semester. There are many scholarship opportunities offered by Ancilla College. Those interested in obtaining scholarships should complete all necessary forms and are encouraged to contact the Financial Aid Department.

The Associate Degree in Nursing program (ADN) at Bethel College is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) as well as by the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Students who attend this program on a full-time basis will be able to graduate in two to three academic years. Some college courses need to be taken prior to specific nursing classes and a minimum GPA of 2.5 needs to be maintained in order to be accepted into the nursing program.
Once accepted into the associate degree nursing program students are required to complete all nursing courses in no more than five years. To ensure that a satisfactory level of understanding is achieved, all nursing students need to maintain a minimum grade of C in all courses. A total of 72 credit hours need to be completed in order to graduate from the nursing program at Bethel College. Freshman students who are accepted into the nursing program will be considered for a freshman academic scholarship, regardless of their financial need. Keep in mind that scholarship amounts usually range from $2,500 to $5,000 per year and awarded for every academic year.
